Our Story
RADIANCE spells hope, determination, success & joy to hundreds of students aspiring to get through IIT-JEE, medical (NEET),RADIANCE JUNIOR(9TH,10TH) and other competitive exams. We understand education in a broader sense and have to our credit various ranks in JEE Main and Advanced (Former IIT-JEE & AIEEE), BITSAT, PET, SCRA, etc.
We at RADIANCE always strive for innovative techniques and effective teaching methodology to cater the need of aspirants of every caliber; this includes generation of new problems, multiple approaches to solve a problem and to develop the creativity which further assists our students to produce their optimum performance in competitive as well as school exams. Above all our same faculties devote extra hours to students individually, which is quite rare in any other coaching institutes.

Dinesh Mishra, Maths
He is basically a Mech. Engineer. He hails from Bhilai in C.G. He is having teaching experience of more than 20 years. in the level of IITJEE. He had started his teaching career in Bhilai itself then afterward he joined FIITJEE Limited, New Delhi, and was deputed at FIITJEE Jabalpur center to groom students at Jabalpur. Now he is Maths faculty and one of the Directors of RADIANCE.

Anil Kushwah, Chemistry
He is M.Sc. in Chemistry. He hails from Indore in M.P. He is having teaching experience of more than 22 years. in the level of IITJEE. He had started his teaching career in Indore itself then afterward he join FIITJEE Limited, New Delhi & was deputed at FIITJEE Jabalpur center to groom students at Jabalpur. Now he is chemistry faculty and one of the Directors of RADIANCE.
Amit Tyagi, Physics
He is an M.Tech from IIT, Delhi in Chemical Engineering. He hails from Kanpur in U.P. He is having teaching experience of more than 15 years in the level of IITJEE. He had started his teaching career in FIITJEE Limited, New Delhi and then after 3 years he joined Narayana and produced several good ranks in IITJEE there for 3 more years. Now he is with RADIANCE since April 2011.
Harsh Malaiya,
9th/10th, Maths
Cracked JEE Advanced in 2013 and graduated from BITS Pilani, he followed his passion of teaching and is known for his unique style. His goal is to develop Jabalpur as a hub of intellectuals with students competing academically from 9th & 10th class.Motivation becomes a part of life while attending his lectures
Dr Deepa Dhake, Botany
Ph.D., M.Sc. Gold medalist in Botany and with 20 plus years of teaching experience in NEET Botany. She is committed to transform raw hands into intellectuals by injecting fundamentals to students facing the competitive arena.Under her keen guidance number of students are selected in NEET ,ICAR and AIPVT.
